Lash Types

Silk Lashes

Made from a synthetic silk polymer material, these lashes are the perfect choice for a light and natural feel. Silk lashes offer a great, uniform curl and a deep color and sheen. These lashes provide up to 0.20 mm of gorgeous thickness and can be used for every day wear. They are a fantastic option for that wedding, reunion or special occasion and give you tons of va-va-voom.

Mink Lashes

If you’re aiming for a natural, more feathery look and lashes so incredibly light you can forget they’re even there, make mink your choice. Rating up to 0.2 mm, these lashes are often much thinner than the heavier silk synthetics. Minks are not the best choice for a voluminous lash but what they lack in size they make up for in softness and long-wearing. While you can choose between 100% real mink or a faux mink, they offer many similar characteristics.

Both types of mink are ideal for long term wear and can be used together with mascara specially designed for extensions, to create a more dramatic lash-look. Keep in mind that faux mink is a fabulous choice for eyelashes that can handle water and keep their curled shape while real mink offers a unique sheen and unbeatably lightweight look.

The Process

The average person has up to 200 natural eyelashes on each eye so the number of additional lash extensions you choose will affect your final look.

A standard full-set will provide you with a lush, glamorous look while a half-set will give you a flirty and fluttery appearance. Alternately, you can have a limited number of lashes applied to give a strategic perky look to your eyes. If you seek an extremely thick and long lash look, amp up the allure to the max with a full-set and additional lashes.

It takes up to two hours to apply a standard full-set of lashes. The application process is pain-free and relaxing. After this, lashes can be maintained by scheduling regular maintenance fill-in appointments every 20-30 days. Each lash extension is applied to a natural lash and bonded with a hypoallergenic bonding agent. The lash extension will fall out as the eyelash it is bonded to naturally sheds, about every 40-60 days. The lash extensions can also be removed professionally and easily anytime you choose.
